Honesty is good but it can hurt other people.
Today, one of my closest male friends admitted his feelings for me. Although it was nice to hear the things he said about me, it still hurt. It hurt because he knows I have a girlfriend. And it hurt my girlfriend because he always acts so nice to her. I am happy that my girlfriend trusts me though and still let’s me see him. I really hope this doesn’t change our friendship.
